I am a physiotherapist and OMT therapist, with additional qualifications as an occupational physiotherapist and physiotherapy educator. These trainings allow me to approach your treatment in a broad and comprehensive manner. I treat symptoms affecting the neck, back, thorax, upper limbs (shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers), and lower limbs (hip, knee, and ankle), whether they are recent or long-standing. My goal is always to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and find ways to manage them effectively. At the start of treatment, we conduct a thorough assessment to determine the origin of your symptoms. If needed, I consult with a physician or other healthcare professionals. Based on this, we plan the treatment methods and set realistic physiotherapy goals tailored to your life situation.

For pain relief and therapy, I use a variety of techniques, including joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue techniques (such as fascial treatment), acupuncture, and various taping methods. I also examine how pain affects your daily function and how your activity and movements influence your symptoms. Other contributing factors are discussed, and I provide guidance for exercises and self-directed movements. Once symptoms improve, the goal is to continue training and movement to help prevent recurrence.

I also treat temporomandibular (jaw) disorders, chronic pain conditions, young clients (from age 10), and provide pre- and post-operative physiotherapy.
