I am an OMT physiotherapist with over 30 years of professional experience. I treat both children and adults, including neurological rehabilitation clients as well as patients with musculoskeletal conditions. I maintain and continuously develop my professional competence through ongoing education. I treat all musculoskeletal disorders, including chronic and neuropathic pain. My aim is always to work together with you to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and find effective ways to manage them.

At the beginning of treatment, we carry out a thorough assessment to determine the origin of your symptoms. For pain relief and treatment, I use a variety of techniques including joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue techniques (such as fascial treatment), acupuncture, and different taping methods. My core areas of expertise include movement control disorders, migraine, neck and thoracic spine conditions, lower back and pelvic disorders. I treat pelvic floor disorders in both women and men.

Course of Treatment:
1st appointment
During the first session, you will describe your symptoms in your own words. Based on this information, appropriate assessment methods are selected and, if suitable, a trial treatment is performed.
If your condition is complex or extensive, please book a 60-minute appointment for the first visit.

2nd appointment
At the second visit, we review the results of the trial treatment—whether it helped, had no effect, or worsened the symptoms. Based on this feedback, the situation is reassessed if necessary. More time can usually be devoted to treatment during this session.
Treatment may include guidance and advice, exercise and ergonomic instruction, manual therapy techniques, or acupuncture when appropriate.

From the 3rd appointment onwards
The focus shifts from treating acute symptoms toward increasing activity levels and performing individualized exercises independently. Progress is monitored through follow-up visits. Comprehensive treatment for many conditions may take several months and typically requires approximately 7 treatment sessions.
